On April Fool’s Day

Wizards of the Coast snuck in a Secret Lair X Marvel’s Deadpool drop set, a DTC set for Magic: The Gathering, that was both officially announced and launched on April Fool’s Day 2025.
On March 31, 2025, WotC started circulating a redacted announcement, hinting that a Secret Lair drop was imminent. Then, on April Fool’s Day, they declared an “April Pool’s Day” and launched the Secret Lair X Marvel’s Deadpool drop set for preorder. The set contains a Deadpool, Trading Card; a Deadly Rollick; a Saw in Half; a Blasphemous Act and a Vandalblast.
The non-foil sets have an MSRP of $39.99 and foil sets have an MSRP of $49.99.
