CORTLAND, Ill. — We have a winner! One very lucky lottery ticket sold at a Casey’s General Store in Cortland, Illinois, just hit the Mega Millions jackpot worth $344 million from the drawing held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. The prize carries a cash option worth $159.1 million.
The winning ticket matched all of the following Mega Millions numbers: 1, 5, 17, 39, 62 and Mega Ball 8.
The Mega Millions jackpot now resets to its starting point of $20 million for the next drawing, which will happen at 11 p.m. on Friday, March 28. That prize features a cash option of $9.2 million.
