Good morning, baseball fans!

Welcome, at last, to the 2025 season. The San Francisco Giants are in Ohio today to get things started against the Cincinnati Reds.

As I mentioned yesterday, I personally believe Opening Day should be a national holiday. And perhaps one day we can focus our combined powers on making that dream a reality.

Until then, as usual, Opening Day falls during the work week so I will be spending today listening to the game on the radio (if I’m lucky) then watching highlights when I get home. But I do have my very favorite mint green Giants hat that I wear to work every year for the occasion.

Okay, I know that wasn’t very exciting, but neither am I. Hopefully you all have something more fun planned for the day.
