Travel
All those travelling by rail should plan to arrive at Wembley stations no later than one hour prior to kick-off, to ensure sufficient time to enter the stadium.
Please check the National Rail Enquiries and TfL websites to plan your travel in advance and to be notified of real-time travel information and status updates on match day.
You are encouraged to use public transport where possible when attending Wembley. However, if you need to drive, you should book an official parking space here.
Blue badge parking is available for ticketholders with accessibility needs and this can also be booked directly through the Wembley Official Parking website. For any further accessibility requirements, please review Wembley Stadium’s Access Information page, or visit the Guest support portal.
Post-match, fans are asked to leave the ground promptly and avoid opting for the last train of the day. Please allow for longer journey times from Wembley Stadium to major London transport hubs, due to crowd safety controls for safe station access.
All tickets for the semi-final are digital, and each ticket is being emailed to the person named on the ticket directly.
Tickets can be downloaded to your Apple or Google Wallet or printed at home through a PDF. If you choose a print at home ticket, these must be printed when possible, but it is possible to scan via the PDF.

The box office will be closed tomorrow as all ticketing staff are required to be at Wembley. If your ticketing query has not be resolved by the end of today (Friday 25th) please go to the Wembley West Ticket office and the CPFC ticketing staff will be on hand to help with your query.
The West Box Office opens at 1:30pm.
General admission to Wembley Stadium will be available from 15:15 BST.
Please refer to your ticket for your turnstile colour zone. The quickest route to your turnstile entry point is by following the signage for the colour zone. Please ensure you enter via the correct turnstile.
Children (14 years and under) must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of two will not be permitted into the stadium.
We ask that anyone without a ticket avoids travelling to the game. Additional ticket checks will be in operation at points in and around the stadium prior to entry. Please have your tickets ready to show matchday stewards when asked.
Fans with tickets are advised to check they are seated in the appropriate area of the stadium. Any supporter who is identified in opposition areas will be ejected from the stadium for breaching ground regulations and be subject to a sanctions process.
Wembley Stadium operates a restricted bag policy. Each person can only bring one small bag into the stadium, and it must not be bigger than A4 size:
Height – 297mm (11.7 inches) – Width – 210mm (8.27 inches) – Depth – 210mm (8.27 inches). A full list of prohibited items can be found here.
All items and bags carried by spectators and staff will be carefully inspected when entering the stadium. This may include an electronic wanding or pat down. A bag drop facility is located next to the Ibis Hotel on South Way, and is open from 12:00 BST until full-time +2 hours.
Conduct
Wembley Stadium operates a zero-tolerance policy on any form of anti-social and discriminatory behaviour. If you witness any anti-social or discriminatory behaviour on the day, text HELP to 66566 or contact your nearest steward.
Anyone found guilty of anti-social, offensive and discriminatory conduct will be ejected from the stadium and reported to the authorities.
The use of pyrotechnics, flares and smoke devices inside or outside Wembley Stadium is illegal and prohibited. Anyone caught carrying or using pyrotechnical equipment inside the stadium will be immediately ejected from the stadium, banned from future events and dealt with by police.
Persistent standing during a match at Wembley Stadium is strictly forbidden (unless with a ticket for the safe standing area).
Brent Council have enforced a no-street-drinking zone on Olympic Way and the surrounding streets for all events at Wembley Stadium.
This is part of the current Public Space Order Protection in place around the stadium on event days. More information on the order can be found here.
Fans drinking on Olympic Way and the surrounding streets ahead of the semi-finals will be asked to hand over their alcohol and enforcement action may be considered.
We have been allocated the Arena Square Fan Zone on the West side of Wembley stadium, perfect for groups and families.
A Palace takeover is expected with a number of activities planned, including mascots Pete and Alice the Eagles; performances the Crystals cheerleaders; facepainters; music & entertainment; exclusive giveaways and even Phoenix the Eagle.
Food, drinks and soft drinks will also be available.
This will be accessible from 12:00 BST, and will stop serving one hour before kick-off (16:15), closing at 16:45.
The Arena Square Fan Zone is free to enter, but you must present your stadium ticket for entry. You will also be subject to a bag check – stadium bag restrictions and regulations apply.
