The Bills have taken their first lead of their NFL playoff Divisional round matchup against the Ravens at Highmark Stadium thanks to a big play on defense.
After the Ravens offense found the end zone on their opening drive, it has gone south for them.
Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson tossed an interception on their ensuing drive. The next time the Ravens offense had the ball, Jackson coughed up a fumble.
Bills’ defensive back Damar Hamlin pressured Jackson and because of the snowy conditions, the QB dropped the ball. Not far behind Hamlin was pass rusher Von Miller. He scooped up the ball and nearly ran it in for a score.
But no worries, the Bills offense eventually punched it in thanks to a QB sneak from Josh Allen. The second quarter touchdown put the Bills up 14-7.
