Utah Jazz close out road trip in a battle with the Memphis Grizzlies

Unable to stop myself from laughing to hysteria and purchasing dozens of Kia vehicles upon conclusion of said commercial, I’m reminded that Mr. Green (Draymond, not the character from Clue), may have a point for the Utah Jazz.

Don’t forget the Grizzlies. For Utah’s final trip to an opponent’s arena on this five-game road trip, overlooking the Grizzlies may be fatal for Will Hardy’s squad.

Already the victims of 50 losses to this point in the season, Utah’s seen the horrors of war firsthand, and can’t stand to lose another contest. For this meeting, Isaiah Collier, KJ Martin, and Cody Williams mean business. Win or go home. Lose or go home. They’ll be going home regardless of the outcome of this game.

Obviously, Utah’s not been too keen on winning basketball games this season, and for good reason.

Slated in the second-worst record in the NBA and only 1.5 games removed from the league-worst Washington Wizards, Utah’s six-game losing streak is the longest in the NBA and the most favorable action for a chance to secure Cooper Flagg, Dylan Harper, Ace Bailey, heck, even VJ Edgecombe is feeling like a great consolation prize at this point.

So in this meeting with a top-four Western Conference Squad in the Grizzlies, Utah’s odds of stealing a stray victory are slim. Another lengthy injury report should do the trick to ensure another stumble down the stairs for the Jazz. That is, of course, unless the host decides to likewise sit their stars.
