Tornado warning issued for parts of West Virginia, Ohio, western Pennsylvania

A tornado warning has been issued for parts of Ohio, West Virginia, and western Pennsylvania.

The National Weather Service says the warning includes parts of Eastern Belmont County in Ohio, parts of Marshall and Ohio counties in West Virginia, and parts of Greene and Washington counties in Pennsylvania.

The warning has been issued through 4:15 a.m. on Thursday. 

The National Weather Service says a severe thunderstorm was located southwest of St. Clairsville, Ohio that’s capable of producing a tornado. 

Damage from the storm could include flying debris and damage to roofs, windows, vehicles, and trees.
