The Milwaukee Bucks needed a win this playoffs and found it off the back of hot three-point shooting from Gary Trent Jr.
The Bucks defeated the Indiana Pacers, 117-101, in Game 3 of the first round NBA playoffs at Fiserv Forum April 25. Indiana leads the series 2-1. The home team has been victorious in all games, so far. Game 4 is scheduled for Sunday, April 27 at 8:30 p.m.
Giannis Antetokounmpo had 37 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists, a stellar playoff performance in a must-win for the Bucks. But the story of the game is Trent Jr. matching Antetokounmpo with a team-high 37 points after going 9 for 12 from three-point range.
Despite a 10-point deficit at halftime, Bucks stormed back off Trent’s hot shooting in the third quarter.
Social media was filled with reactions to the Bucks getting back in the series and Trent’s three-point barrage.
