Rockets trail Golden State in second half of winner-take-all Game 7

HOUSTON — It’s a winner-take-all Game 7 for the Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors at Toyota Center.

The Warriors took a 51-39 lead into the locker room for halftime. It wasn’t Steph Curry who was hurting Houston. It was Buddy Hield dropping 22 on Houston in the first half, including six made three-pointers.

The winner of this game moves on to take on Minnesota. If Houston wins, the Timberwolves come to Houston. If Golden State holds on, the Warriors will travel to Minneapolis.

Golden State jumped out to a 3-1 series lead against the Rockets. Houston won two straight after that to pull even in the series, setting up tonight’s Game 7.
