Pioli Explains Ronaldo’s Absence from the Al-Akhudud Match

Stefano Pioli, the coach of Al-Nassr, spoke about the significant victory his team achieved against Al-Akhudud on Monday evening and explained the reason for Ronaldo’s absence from the match.Al-Nassr won against Al-Akhudud with a score of 9-0 in a match held as part of the 31st round of the Saudi Pro League.Pioli said during the press conference after the match: “We were good today, we entered the match with an excellent mentality, and this made it easier for us to achieve such a massive result.”He added: “In my opinion, Al-Nassr did not differ much from previous matches, the difference is that we made fewer mistakes and succeeded in exploiting opportunities and turning them into goals.”Pioli denied making any changes to the playing style, clarifying: “We did not change our style, we played with two forwards as in previous matches, and the team adhered to the known plan.”

Regarding the absence of star Cristiano Ronaldo, he said: “Ronaldo is suffering from slight muscle fatigue, and we preferred to rest him to avoid any complications.”
