MS Dhoni, Rishabh Pant and Zaheer Khan Share A Heartwarming Emotional Moment In IPL 2025.

MS Dhoni and Rishabh Pant are known for their close bond, and over the years that relationship has only grown stronger. Pant has also often spoken about his senior mentor and how he has learnt a lot about the game, and the bond between the two is only getting stronger with each passing day.

“I always find it difficult to explain my relationship with MS Dhoni. There are some with whom you can talk freely. I discuss everything with MSD. I have learned so much from him. I discuss things with him that I wouldn’t discuss with anybody else. That’s the kind of relationship with him,” Pant said.

On Monday, after Dhoni and Pant walked out for the toss at Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium, in Lucknow the duo shared a heartwarming hug. Dhoni was also seen hugging LSG mentor Zaheer Khan.

Meanwhile, it was Dhoni who won the toss and opted to bowl against Lucknow Super Giants.

Lucknow is hunting its fourth consecutive victory on the trot and moving to the top of the table under the reign of skipper Rishabh Pant. On the other hand, Chennai is desperate for victory, considering their current situation. The Super Kings are at the bottom of the table with just one victory in six fixtures.
