Users are reporting that X is down, but people may have an easier time accessing the social media platform owned by Elon Musk on a computer.

On Sunday, at around 10 a.m. ET, users began reporting that they were struggling to load X’s mobile app, according to DownDetector.

As of 11 a.m. ET, 69% of those who reported having an issue were trying to access the mobile app, 24% were using X’s website, and 7% reported an issue with server connection.

Major cities, like New York City, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Houston, Los Angeles, Seattle and Minneapolis are reporting the most outages, according to DownDetector.
