Champions League scores live updates: Barcelona top, Manchester City out as it stands

We’ve reached half-time in Eindhoven and PSV have taken a shock 3-2 lead against Liverpool.

The Premier League visitors led this match twice, but the Eredivisie side twice fought back to level the score before U.S. international Ricardo Pepi gave them the lead with nearly the last kick of the first half. Looked to me like Conor Bradley got the final touch, but Pepi ran away claiming it.

Unsurprisingly, a much changed Liverpool backline have looked very vulnerable. With three goals conceded today, Liverpool have more than doubled their total in the Champions League this season, having conceded only twice in the seven matches prior to today.

As things stand, a goal for Barcelona against Atalanta would knock Liverpool out of first place, though they can’t fall further than second.
