An EF-0 tornado touched down early Thursday in Pico Rivera, a city in Los Angeles County, causing some damage to homes and cars and blowing down multiple trees, the National Weather Service said.The National Weather Service said the Southern California tornado touched down west of Interstate 605 and Whittier Boulevard around 3:15 a.m. It had wind speeds of 85 mph, a path length of about one mile, a width of 80 yards and lasted for two minutes.
