Child taken out of Fallon, officials say

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Authorities in Nevada issued an Amber Alert on Monday afternoon for a 10-month-old child allegedly taken by its mother.

Officials said Chelsea Daniels took the child earlier Monday in a black Ford Explorer with Nevada plate 714S57. The alert was issued out of Fallon. Officials said Daniels was armed.

No other information was available, and it appeared the state’s Amber Alert website had crashed.

Anyone with information should call 911.
