How are the roads around the First Coast right now? A look at traffic conditions in winter storm

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE: In a 10:45 a.m. update, the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office said all southbound lanes of I-95 at U.S. 17 are closed, as all southbound traffic is being diverted to U.S. 17.
