Saif Ali Khan, who was stabbed by an intruder attempting a burglary at his Bandra home during the early hours of Thursday, and is currently in Lilavati Hospital, received a visit from his children Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan on Thursday morning. Ibrahim and Sara arrived together and were seen getting out of their car in front of the hospital.
It was previously reported that Ibrahim took Saif to the hospital after the attack. Ibrahim and Sara are Saif’s children from his first marriage with Amrita Singh. Saif and Amrita got married in 1991 and divorced in 2004. Saif married his second wife Kareena in 2012. They are parents to sons – Taimur and Jeh.

Saif Ali Khan was attacked at around 2:30-3 am at his home in Bandra during an attempted robbery. As per a statement from the hospital, he was stabbed six times. The actor underwent surgery during the early hours of Thursday and is currently in recovery.
At the time of the attempted robbery, Saif was at home with wife Kareena and sons Taimur and Jeh. Saif tried to protect his family from the intruder and got injured during the scuffle. A statement from Saif’s team read, “There was an attempted burglary at Mr Saif Ali Khan’s residence. He is currently in hospital undergoing a surgery. We request the media and fans to be patient. It is a police matter. We will keep you updated on the situation.”
Dr Jalil Parkar of Lilavati Hospital told SCREEN that Saif Ali Khan was stabbed at his Bandra home and was admitted to the hospital at 3:30 am. “Saif Ali Khan was stabbed by an unidentified person at his Bandra home and was brought in at 3:30 am. Saif has six stabs and two are deep. Of this, one is close to spine. He is being operated upon by team of doctors led by neurosurgeon Dr Nitin Dange, cosmetic surgeon Dr Leena Jain, anesthesiologist Dr Nisha Gandhi,” he said.
