Hulu has officially unveiled the first look at its upcoming King of the Hill revival, sharing a new look at the now aged cast of the series.
The first image of the new series shows Hank, Bill, Dale, and Boomhauer once again standing in front of Hank’s home. The group are much older now, though, and several of them seem to be fitting in to the future.
Bill is holding a bag of food from what looks to be a food delivery service, Dale can be seen using a vape and wearing a VR device, and Boomhauer is reading from a tablet.

What do we know about the King of the Hill revival?
No official release date for the revival has been set yet, but Hulu did say the show would be coming “soon.” Presumably, the series will follow the adventures of the group years after the series originally ended.
It’s currently unclear how the show will address several characters, including Luanne (Brittany Murphy), Lucky (Tom Petty), and Dale (Johnny Hardwick), all of whose voice actors have since passed away.

The King of the Hill revival will once again be executive produced by Daniels and Judge, with the latter also returning to voice his role as Hank Hill. The project is produced by 20th Television Animation and Bandera Entertainment.
It will also be executive produced by Dustin Davis along with original producers 3 Arts’ Michael Rottenberg and Howard Klein. This isn’t the first time that Hulu has greenlit an animated Fox revival, as the streamer previously ordered the upcoming reboot of Futurama.
