He encouraged her to go have a bath in his back garden. Gaiman then joined. He told her to get comfortable and to sit on his lap. She explained she didn’t want to. [

– Palmer, who was pleased she got on so well with her child, offered her the chance to continue to work with her and Gaiman both domestically and on international trips. – Another woman, Brenda, described ‘ending up’ in bed with him after he was awarded at the World Horror Convention. He demanded to be called ‘master’ and that she promise him her soul.- The women who have accused him thus far were mostly in their 20s when he assaulted them. One was 18. Two were his employees. Five were fans. He was in his 40s or older. – Katharine Kendall was a woman in her 20s when she met Gaiman. They had an ongoing flirtatious friendship, but she explicitly told him she did not want to have sex with him. After a reading, in a bus, he lay on top of her and demanded she kiss him, saying he was ‘used to getting what he wants’. He later paid for $60k of therapy for her to attempt to make up for it.
– 18 year old Kendra Stout met him in a signing line. He asked for her to remain in contact and would send her long emails, and bought her a webcam so they could video chat. When he took her on a date 3 years later, [

Stout later accompanied Gaiman on a trip to Cornwall, England, where she had a UTI that was so painful she couldn’t walk. She asked him not to penetrate her, though they could do other things. He then inserted his penis and raped her.
– In 2010, Palmer slept with a fan, ‘Rachel’, who she took nude photos of. She asked to send one on to her husband. She introduced them properly 6 months later, where her and Gaiman began a sexual relationship. When Rachel asked for advice on this, Palmer said she should find out of her own. Gaiman consistently pushed her outside her comfortable boundaries, and felt like ‘a toy’ offered to him by Palmer. – In 2014, Gaiman and Palmer moved to upstate New York. She got pregnant and they began to have a more traditional relationship. They began seeing a couples counsellor after a girl in her 20s, who Gaiman took the virginity of, was ‘going crazy’ and he wanted to change his ways.
– A couple, Caroline and Phillip, had been employed by Gaiman to work on their property as a building and maintenance team for exchange of a 5 acre plot to live with their daughters. Palmer confessed she hated living rurally and what she was learning about her husband, calling him ‘dark and twisted’. Phillip eventually moved away. One day, Gaiman groped Caroline. They began a sexual relationship. He would make excuses to call down to her property without warning, once finding her crying. [

– Once, Caroline was babysitting for Gaiman and when he returned, Caroline and his son were asleep after reading bedtime stories.[

– Eventually, he demanded she leave the property. His manager offered her $5k to sign an NDA. She balked at the small number, and asked for $300k to which Gaiman obliged.
– Returning to Pavlovich – Gaiman and Palmer are now instigating their divorce, after Palmer discovers that a sexual relationship with Rachel that Gaiman promised had ended had not. She later found out about Caroline. Palmer warned Gaiman to stay away from Pavlovich, says he could hurt and break her.
– One evening, after dropping her off with Gaiman and her son to help him with household duties, Gaiman rapidly assaulted her. [

He then raped her and demanded she ‘clean him’ after. when she refused, he said she was ‘defying her master’.
– The abusive relationship continued, [

– A week into her time as a childminder and domestic help, Gaiman’s son began to address her as ‘slave’ and told her to call him ‘master’. [
Graphic detail]Another time, when they sat to watch TV together, Gaiman fondled her breasts on the couch in front of his son in plain view. Once, she was called in to mind Gaiman’s son at a hotel. When he returned, he wanted them to watch a film together but the boy wanted to be on his iPad. As his son was distracted in the room, Gaiman pushed Pavlovich on the bed and began sexual activity with her, removing their clothing. In the bathroom, he urinated on his hand in the bathroom and demanded Pavlovich lick it off.
– Three weeks in, Pavlovich got COVID, and Gaiman and Palmer arranged for her to self-isolate in his home. She had still not been paid for any work. 10 days after, she wanted to tell Palmer of her experience but begged, first, that she be able to keep her job and board. She described the bath incident and that they had been having sex since but kept the more brutal details to herself. Palmer said ‘I will take care of you’ and that she had dealt with this before. She contacted Gaiman, and asked if their son had been wearing headphones at the hotel, he said ‘no’.
– Palmer wrote to a previous marriage counsellor, Muller, she and Gaiman had seen, insisting that he have psychiatric help. A friend of Pavlovich felt that Palmer shared some of the blame of Pavlovich’s rapes. – In a session with Muller, Palmer said that Pavlovich was planning to ‘Me Too’ Gaiman, to which he responded that he wanted to kill himself. In a message to Pavlovich, he said he thought what they had was consensual.- Muller put Gaiman in touch with a psychiatric facility in Massachusetts, where he was meant to attend for 6 weeks. He did not go. – Pavlovich became suicidal and began to consider overdosing on zopiclone and aspirin. When Pavlovich asked for material help, Palmer said she couldn’t provide. Pavlovich reminded her that she put her in this situation, and messaged Gaiman to ask for material help. Gaiman agreed, and sent her an NDA to sign. He sent her a payment of $1700 a month later, and two months after that another of payments adding up to $9200. – In 2023, Pavlovich registered her report with the police, accusing Gaiman of sexual assault. She was sure of Palmer’s cooperation with her. However, the police contacted Palmer, who declined to speak. Gaiman provided a written statement but had no further contact with the police beyond that. – Gaiman and Palmer are now 5 years deep into their divorce. Palmer is apparently broke and living with her parents. Gaiman’s side insist that she has driven this story into the spotlight.
– Pavlovich met some other accusers of Gaiman in Atlanta in December 2024. They only learned about each other from the podcast ‘Master’, which covers the allegations. Stout describes them as ‘survivors of the same cult’. They all share eerily similar features. Pavlovich says she doesn’t feel ‘abandoned anymore’.
