Thousands of users reported that the website and the mobile application of Walmart were down for thousands of users in the United States on Thursday. As of this writing, there were more than 3200 users reporting an outage with Walmart, as per Down Detector, a platform that tracks such outages based on users’ reports. While 59% of the users reported that they faced issues with the app, 33% said that the Walmart website was not working. 7% said that they faced issues while trying to check out on the app after shopping.

Multiple users also reported the outage on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.

“Looks like @Walmart is more or less #down on both the #website and the #app. Just took 100+ retries to check the status of an order,” one user said.

“I’m hearing the Walmart site is down for many in the US,” said another.

“Damn @Walmart … is somebody sleeping on the job or what?!?! This app has been down for a while now. Get your shit together!” added one.
