25.3 CrossFit Open is…

The final workout of the 2025 CrossFit Open has been announced. In what many expected, 25.3 features rowing, deadlifts and wall walks, cleans and snatches.

This week’s Open workout was announced by Chicago Bears QB Tyson Bagent at CrossFit Spur in Glenmont, New York, just three miles south of MVP Arena, home of the 2025 CrossFit Games.
