USC and Rutgers meet today in the Big Ten first round. Both ended up with identical 15-16 records, and both only have three wins on the road. But it’s USC that really struggled down the stretch, losing six of their final seven games, including a loss at Rutgers, 95-85, on February 23rd. USC’s problem is they don’t play any defense, allowing 46.2% shooting, which muddies up their solid 48% shooting on offense. Rutgers to win.
