Mac McClung is single-handedly maintaining the relevancy of the Slam Dunk contest.

McClung became the first player in NBA history to win three consecutive Slam Dunk contests, defeating San Antonio Spurs rookie Stephon Castle in the final round.

McClung, a member of the Orlando Magic’s G-League affiliate, stole the show with his opening dunk. He received a perfect 50 for jumping over a car to throw down a two-handed reverse slam. He also received a 50 for his other dunk in the first round and both efforts in the final.
